PIPE/DRAPE AND DESIGN DRAPERY

The possibilities are endless with pipe and drape.

Pipe and drape decor can transform your event by letting you change the way your space is designed. Use it as a room divider, as a mood setter, or as a background. Coupled with the right lighting, a drab venue can easily be spruced up with pipe and drape decor. Take it one step further with ceiling drapery or a wide variety of custom drapery look.

Our standard white drape is available in 8′, 10′, 12′ , 14′, & 16′ heights. Anything sized in-between can be achieved by puddling the drape. The colors we use are white (in all sizes) and black (most sizes). We also have sheer white drape options that look great as an overlay with twinkle lights in between.

We do have design installers available to deliver, set up and tear down the pipe and drape. If you are on a budget, you can avoid those additional fees by either having us just deliver with no set up and tear down or even more cost-effective by picking up the equipment from our location in Broomfield. We will definitely show you how everything works and you’re always welcome to call with any questions.

General Rental Information:

Pipe and Drape: Comes in a variety of sizes from 8 feet to 16 feet. In stock colors of drape is black, white or ivory. We can get additional colors and a variety of fabric types upon request. Pipe and drape pricing is determined based on the amount of uprights, bases, base weights, and drapes that are needed for your area. Due to entryways and open areas it is best to send us a design or layout of the area with a vision of what you’re looking for. Please provide as much detail as you can when submitting inquiry.
Ceiling Drapery and Custom Design: Most ceiling drapery and other custom designs on a white, ivory or black poly fabric runs $1.50 a foot
Please use the link below to get delivery, set up, tear down pricing. We do you need dimensions of area to be covered. Most of the time a layout image is needed to determine doorways and open areas but send us all the information you have and we can move forward from there.
Add black or white pole covers to blend in any open poles to the surrounding area.

Light up any venue with a beautiful mix of color! Up lights are small lighting units that can be placed on the floor or around the perimeter of your venue. From walls to floors and ceilings, these colored lights are the best way to achieve the ambiance you are going for.

Here at Event Lighting Rental, we can set the lights to rotate or to slowly scroll through multiple beautiful colors. We offer a wide array of hues to match with your event. Whites, blues, and pinks are the most common picks for weddings, while vibrant yellows, reds, and greens for birthdays.

You can even use just one up light to highlight your cake table, sweetheart table, or guest tables at a wedding or reception.

Moon Ball Lighting

Moon Balls have been around for a few years but are a new trend in lighting. It’s an Excellent way to light up any size space (indoor or out) in a more elegant way than other commercial lighting options. Moon balls are set up on a tripod stand that can be raised 12 feet in the air. They require a single standard outlet for power that runs both the motor and light. Moon balls are typically used on a bright white setting but can also be set up on a wide variety of different colors. If you choose to use the moon balls on a bright white setting each unit consists of two 100 watt LED bulbs lighting up a 40′ x 40′ area. Having the unit on a specific color or fading through multiple colors, only lights up a 10′ x 10 area but creates a nice colorful ambience. When a colored option is preferred we recommend using a mixture of colored and bright white settings….. keeping every other ball on a bright white while the alternating balls are on a colored setting.
